About Candace
Candace has been with the global powerhouse law firm - Greenberg Traurig (GT) - for almost two decades. Since 2020, she has served as the Texas Director of Lateral Shareholder Recruiting, Retention & Integration.
During her 20-year career span, Candace’s global role centered around the attorney development life cycle; as she worked closely with the Chief Learning & Development Officer in the firm’s Professional Development Department (Hoffman Center). She is well noted for the development and launch of the firm’s core competencies and streamlined performance management processes that are still used to date.
As an ICF-certified executive coach, Candace partners with attorneys and C-Suite executives to help bring out the best versions of themselves. Her commitment to excellence, service, and results is a signature part of her success and goal-focused approach to professional development.
Candace is a certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitator and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – Global & North Texas Chapters; Executive Women of Dallas; National Association of Legal Professionals (NALP); Professional Development Consortium (PDC) and The Village Giving Circle.
